Terms & Conditions
By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services and products provided by Nele Svensson.
Services
All therapy services are provided to support comfort, movement, and general wellbeing. They do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment and are tailored to the individual animal based on assessment and professional judgement on the day.
Horses and dogs must be fit to receive therapy at the time of the appointment.
Any existing injuries, conditions, or veterinary advice must be disclosed before treatment.
Therapy is provided with the animal’s welfare as the priority. Treatment may be modified or stopped if it is not appropriate on the day.
Owners remain responsible for their animal at all times during appointments.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, as each animal responds differently to treatment.
Where appropriate, clients are encouraged to consult with their veterinarian or farrier.
Bookings
Bookings are made through the online booking system or by direct arrangement. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure booking details are accurate, including location, number of animals, and any relevant health or injury information. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, session timing or pricing may need to be adjusted.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change.
Any additional services, extended time, or multiple-horse sessions not included in the original booking may be charged separately.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
This includes cancellations due to weather, access issues, or horse availability.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded.
No-shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the full session fee being charged and may affect the ability to make future bookings.
Travel & access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the horse at the scheduled appointment time.
If access is not available, or conditions are unsafe, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
providing accurate information about the horse’s health and history
ensuring the horse is appropriately handled and restrained
disclosing any known behavioural or safety concerns
Nele Svensson reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if safety concerns arise.

Products must be used according to supplied instructions.
They do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
Results may vary between animals.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
